Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Wandering Albatross Press!

All of our orders are shipped via USPS or by UPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped!

Delivery Times

All orders are processed within two business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by pandemics, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.

Our shipment carriers usually quote from 1-5 business days for delivery once your order has shipped, but as you probably know, service is subject to shipping delays, and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Our store is not liable for any delays that may occur once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

We do our best to keep shipping costs at a minimum, but since we are still a wee little business on the sea of high shipping costs all around, we do charge a small per-item shipping amount to each order. BUT, this goes to a maximum of $15, so you won’t pay more than that for shipping your order, no matter how many tote bags you buy.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with information on how to track the journey of your order. Please allow USPS or UPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Missing Orders

If you received your order damaged, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us so we can help file a claim. A refund or replacement may be issued pending your cooperation during the claim process.

Returns and Exchanges

We’re happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed and with tags attached in the case of clothing) within 30 days of the ship date. Mail-in returns have a $5 shipping label fee. To initiate a return, contact us, and we will provide you with a shipping label for use in sending the item back to us.

International Shipping

We currently can only ship to addresses within the United States through our online store. International customers should contact us to see what other options we can work out.
